1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

You may only register one account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any associated funds.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vilobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on vilobet is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.3 Deposit Processing

vilobet aims to credit deposits to player accounts promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times. vilobet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Player Funds

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

vilobet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your vilobet account dashboard. vilobet reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits based on account verification status, transaction history, and risk assessment.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Any Bonus Funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of those funds. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

vilobet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk, colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, or any other conduct that vilobet determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of its promotional system. vilobet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

7.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

vilobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be restricted or unavailable to players who vilobet determines are not using the platform for recreational purposes.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 Random Number Generation

All games available on the vilobet platform that involve an element of chance use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. vilobet's RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing and certification to verify their integrity and compliance with applicable standards.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, vilobet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. vilobet's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.

9 Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vilobet platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vilobet platform without prior written consent from vilobet.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vilobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the vilobet platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

vilobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vilobet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vilobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the vilobet platform at your own risk.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their balances forfeited.

13.3 Voluntary Closure
